How do we do it? FAQ

  1. We will collect your vehicle at OR Tambo Airport drop off zone (Currently level 3 of the main Parking )
  2. Then store it at our facilities located in Kempton Park.
  3. Your vehicle is kept in a safe environment off site, and returned to the Airport When the indicated flight arrives back at OR Tambo
  4. Parking with us eliminates looking for parking ,using shuttles or dragging your family and luggage into and out of a taxi or a friends vehicle
  5. Once we have received your booking for valet parking, a representative will await your arrival inside the parking area.
  6. Being furnished with your vehicle details we will identify you on entering and provide a parking where you may at leisure offload your baggage.
  7. An Assistant will then do a visual inspection of your vehicle and confirm return flight details so we may have your vehicle ready for you arrival.
  8. You may at this stage opt in to have your vehicle washed and vacuumed.
  9. you will then receive a copy of the acceptance document
  10. On the day of your return we monitor the arriving flights and to eliminate delays you may call us when you have recieved your luggage so we may return the vehicle to the same area again.
